He almost looked sedated while I groomed him and our groundwork went so well I even got on for a few laps around the round pen tackless, his nose on the ground and stretching like he used to at our old place. What can I say about my sessions with Anna? Firstly, wow what a journey I have been on. Most of the sessions involved lots of tears (from me) and some serious clearing and healing of old wounds. The combination of talking therapy, energy work and tarot readings has been hugely beneficial and I am a more confident, happier person as a result of the sessions. I have tried lots of different healing therapies over the years, all of which have helped, but nothing has been as transformational as my sessions with Anna. She is the warmest, loveliest human and I will be going back for more!

Following on from lockdown during the pandemic I found myself questioning where I belonged within my working and day to day life.
I found that I had lost my sparkle and that is when Anna stepped in and offered me one to one transformational coaching.
Due to covid restrictions we decided on walk and talk sessions. Initially I found it difficult to put my feelings into words but with Anna’s help and continued support it became easier each week. Being outdoors in nature actually made it easier and it just felt like having a natter with a good friend.
