Can we meet you beforehand?
Absolutely. I recommend a meet & greet (in person or via video call if you’re far away) so we can get to know each other, and I can meet your animals. It’s important everyone feels comfortable.
Does Pedro the Pug come with you?
Yes — Pedro is my gentle, well-socialised little companion. He’s great with most animals, but I always do a meet & greet first with other dogs to ensure everyone gets along.
Do you stay overnight?
Yes — I only offer overnight house sitting as it’s the most effective way to give your animals a calm, consistent presence and keep routines stable. I do not offer day visits only.
Are you insured and DBS checked?
Yes, I am fully insured and have an enhanced DBS check for your peace of mind.
What animals do you care for?
I’ve cared for everything from horses, dogs, cats, and chickens to goats, ducks, reptiles, guinea pigs and more. If you’re unsure about your animals’ specific needs, just get in touch — I’m always happy to chat.
Do you clean the house as well?
Yes — I keep your home tidy during my stay and if you don’t have a regular cleaner, I can offer a light post-sit clean so you come back to a welcoming space.
How far can you travel?
I travel throughout the UK. Travel costs will be discussed and included in your tailored quote.
