Maybe you’re in a moment of change.
Not a dramatic crash or a soaring leap — just a quiet shift.
A sense that something is no longer what it was, and yet what’s next hasn’t quite formed.
These are the spaces we don’t always know how to name.
They’re not tidy, they’re not clear — but they are sacred.
I’m in one of those in-between places myself.
Life is changing — in ways I didn’t quite expect — and it’s asked me to meet myself on deeper levels than ever before. I’ve had moments of doubt, fear, even grief for the version of me I thought I had to be.
But here’s the truth that’s been rising like a soft dawn:
I haven’t lost anything.
In fact, it’s the falling away of who I thought I had to be that is allowing space for the truth of who I am to come forward.
I am finding me again — within.
This unraveling isn’t failure.
It’s not brokenness.
It’s remembering.
The Pause Between Stories
When the world feels uncertain or overwhelming, I return to the foundation of my work — the method I’ve shared with so many, and the one I keep coming back to for myself:
✨ Pause.
✨ Breathe.
✨ Do You.
It’s simple. But not always easy.
The pause creates space.
The breath returns me to the body.
And the final part — Do You — invites me to ask:
What do I need right now?
What do I know to be true in my bones, even when the mind is swirling?
This is where my power lives. Not in having it all figured out. But in meeting myself — again and again — with compassion, curiosity, and courage.
A New Way of Holding It All
I used to think I had to have it all “together” to be someone who holds space for others. That being vulnerable meant being unstable. But I see now — so clearly — that this is an old belief rooted in fear and survival, not in truth.
The people I admire most are not perfect.
They are real. Present. Willing to walk with others while still walking their own path.
And that’s what I choose too.
I am not here to impress.
I am here to connect.
To listen. To guide. To walk beside.
And from this space, I can feel something new being born — not just in my work, but in me. It’s tender. And beautiful. And unknown. And I’m allowing it to unfold in its own time.
What If You’re Not Lost?
So if you’re in a space right now where things feel unclear… if you’re shedding layers and not sure what comes next… I want to whisper this to you:
What if you’re not lost — you’re just re-becoming?
What if the discomfort is a sign of expansion, not failure?
What if you are exactly where you need to be?
I see you.
I honour you.
And I’m walking this with you.
If your soul is whispering too, come and sit beside me — in the pause, in the breath, in the becoming.
With all my heart,
Anna 🌸
